For twenty-five years I have treated one joint. That means rotator cuff tears, shoulders worn down by arthritis, broken shoulders, and shoulders that still hurt after surgery somewhere else.
What I treat

Rotator cuff tears
Pain reaching overhead, trouble sleeping on that side, an arm that feels weak. Some tears go silent with time and therapy. Others come to an operation. Either way the tendon does not grow back to the bone on its own — so the first job is finding out which kind of tear you have.

Most shoulder websites say the same things. These are the parts of my practice that are not standard.
Without the pain it is known for
A protocol that gets ahead of the pain: a long-acting nerve block, and medicines started before surgery and kept on a schedule after. Most patients never need strong opioids like oxycodone.
How the pain protocol worksGPS-navigated replacement
Your new shoulder is planned on a 3D model from your own CT scan, and my instruments are tracked against that plan during surgery.
